As The Faraway Tree book we are reading is such tome (it is all 3 books in 1) we were in definite need of a bookmark. So I let the boys make their own. I had some supplies for rocket ship book marks left over from a craft activity I did at a children's party so it was easy set up.
Basically sticky back foam stars with foam rectangles and triangles, plus a little christmas lametta for the fiery tail! It was easy enough for Eden to make without much help and a short enough craft to hold Joplin's attention too!
Joplin's has been used every day since (we made these about a week ago) and Eden's zooms everywhere "Rhyme Rok" he says! (Rhyme Rocket is his favourite C Beebies programme!)
