Notice-board!

I have finally managed to finish the notice board for the kitchen!! I had been waiting for the best part if a year and a half for Dan to get the wood for me but in the end B&Q have just started a cutting service so I went and got it cut to size myself!! The fabric is the gorgeous Teatime print from the Ruby Star Rising collection by Melody Miller and i just love it!! I was a little wary of using satin ribbon but I couldn't find anything non shiny ina width and colour that suited and in the end it seems to be working really well. It has a lot of tension but seems to hold. Only thing is - I don't want to cover it up now!!
